Plot (part 1)

The movie was centered on Agbaje, a ritualist and dangerous man who invested in sales of land either. He cares not if it belongs to him or not. He usually sell a land to more than one customers, he also resell a land to another person even after he already sold the land and the buyer refused to start working on it.

One day Agbaje (Odunlade Adekola) went to a land he already sold and there was a conflict in which he was shot thinking the bullet won't penetrate but unfortunately for him it did. He was to offer a virgin female for sacrifice for him not to die and to be reborn which he did, but things went wrong, for he has sacrificed a lady which has a contact with "Ile" (Ground). Ile Appeared to him and warned him to spear the lady's life but he refused and said he's too late, this brought war against him and ile.

Agbaje does not want to die because he will not have a space underground so he seek more power not to die. He wanted to live on, like the gods such as Osun, Oya and others so he went through a ritual, the ritual was successful, he was given a calabash and was warned not to let the calabash touch or have a contact with the ground (Ile) if he does not want to die.

Agbaje is now more powerful, he returned to the land where he was shot earlier that makes him sacrificed so much, on getting there he met the same set of people he met the day he was shot and killed them all.

Now a buyer want to buy a land, this buyer was not satisfied with the land offered to him by Agbaje boys so he refused to buy it, on his way going he saw a land which he loved but there's one but about the land, a church was built on the land. Agbaje sent his boys to kill the pastor whose church is on the land but the pastor disappeared. Agbaje wanted to see for him self how the pastor did (disappear) what he did so he and his boys set to visit the pastor. While going some of his customers appeared with police, Agbaje Command them to sit on the floor and to start taking in (drinking) water, two bags of sachet water were brought to them and they all start to drink and Agbaje left.
